McCoy tutored by Favre

Cleveland Browns quarterback Colt McCoy made good use of his time off during the NFL lockout.

McCoy spent a few days working out with legendary quarterback Brett Favre, who also spent time in Mike Holmgren’s system.

McCoy said that he wasn’t sure about it, but decided to pick up the phone and give Favre a call.

He said they worked on all kinds of things and also asked Favre a lot of questions.

The young quarterback played very well in the team’s first preseason game, even besting Aaron Rodgers.
